The user signs in their own name and must comply with the rules indicated in the form. Checks may be performed to limit automated, fraudulent, or duplicate signatures.

Before any payment, the fundraising page must specify the beneficiary entity, the objective of the collection, the intended use of the funds, and any applicable fees.

The specific conditions for each campaign specify, when necessary, how surpluses, underfunding, or project modifications are handled.

No tax benefit should be considered guaranteed without confirmation of the eligibility of both the donation and the beneficiary organization. For any questions regarding a payment, error, or refund request, the user may contact the association or the relevant platform. The request will be reviewed according to the applicable conditions, without limiting rights provided by law.

Article 9 — External Services and Platforms

The Site may offer links to payment, fundraising, or petition platforms, as well as social networks.

These services have their own terms of use and privacy policies. The user is invited to review them before transmitting information or making a payment.

The TCU may be amended to reflect developments in the Site, services, or applicable regulations.

The update date appears at the top of the document. When a change affects a service subject to acceptance, the user is informed and new consent is collected where necessary.
