Nous mobilisons \u00e9galement des partenaires pour am\u00e9liorer l&#8217;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l&#8217;eau potable dans les \u00e9coles et les communaut\u00e9s.<\/p><p>Le projet de centre hospitalier porte une ambition : accueillir des enfants venus de toute l&#8217;Afrique, notamment ceux touch\u00e9s par les s\u00e9quelles du noma, des malformations faciales ou des affections cong\u00e9nitales, et leur proposer des soins sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s gratuits. Aujourd&#8217;hui en phase de pr\u00e9paration, il n\u00e9cessite des \u00e9tudes, des partenariats et un financement durable.<\/p><p><strong>Un don, une signature, un partage ou une comp\u00e9tence : chacun peut contribuer. Dans le cadre de cette initiative, nous avons entrepris des campagnes de forage d&#8217;eau potable, assurant ainsi un approvisionnement constant en eau. <\/p><p>De plus, nous avons construit un support pour l&#8217;installation d&#8217;un r\u00e9servoir de stockage d&#8217;eau de <strong>5000 litres<\/strong>, garantissant ainsi un <strong>acc\u00e8s continu \u00e0 l&#8217;eau Actuellement, les rares cas trait\u00e9s sont pris en charge dans des h\u00f4pitaux sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s europ\u00e9ens \u00e0 tr\u00e8s fort co\u00fbt, pay\u00e9s par certaines associations humanitaires aidant ponctuellement \u00e0 travers une cha\u00eene de solidarit\u00e9.<\/p><p>J\u2019invite donc toutes les bonnes volont\u00e9s, aussi bien politiques que priv\u00e9es, des gouvernements aux m\u00e9c\u00e8nes de tous bords, \u00e0 nous rejoindre dans ce combat pour la dignit\u00e9 de nos enfants, afin qu\u2019ensemble nous mettions fin \u00e0 la trag\u00e9die du <strong>Noma<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Vous m\u2019avez souvent vu par le pass\u00e9, accompagner de nombreuses initiatives en terre africaine en ma qualit\u00e9 de pr\u00e9sident de la Fondation C\u0153ur d\u2019Afrique. Cette <strong>gangr\u00e8ne<\/strong>, qui attaque la zone bucco-dentaire, touche les zones les plus pauvres du monde, et est particuli\u00e8rement ravageuse en Afrique.<\/p><p>Par le biais d\u2019actions sur le terrain, mais aussi de campagnes de sensibilisation \u00e0 destination des pouvoirs publics, nous souhaitons\u00a0faire reculer la maladie, et permettre aux enfants les plus d\u00e9munis de se prot\u00e9ger contre ce fl\u00e9au.<\/p><p>Notre ambition est \u00e9galement de faciliter l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux soins d\u00e8s les premiers sympt\u00f4mes de la maladie, afin de r\u00e9duire de mani\u00e8re significative son taux de mortalit\u00e9.<\/p><p>Pour ce faire, l\u2019association souhaite s\u2019engager de mani\u00e8re forte dans des actions de grande envergure, et notamment dans la construction de centres d\u2019accueil de premiers soins, ainsi que d\u2019un h\u00f4pital de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence r\u00e9gional Afrique.
