For children, the absence of a reliable water source at school or close to home makes everyday life, hygiene and education more difficult.<\/p><p>The Roger Milla Program aims to support access to safe Planning must also account for equipment maintenance and the involvement of the people who will use it.<\/p><p>Before work begins, the availability and quality of the water must be assessed, a suitable site selected, a budget prepared and responsibility for managing the water point agreed.
